ClickSquared, an interactive relationship marketing firm, has acquired Rocket Science, a leading UK marketing services and technology solutions provider. Worldwide brands such as Mazda, US Gypsum and Shell use Rocket Science to provide technology-led, customer-centric communication programs that enhance brand value and increase sales. The acquisition will enable ClickSquared to quickly penetrate the UK and European markets using strong, local sales, client service and delivery infrastructures already successfully established by Rocket Science. ClickSquared Europe will operate from Rocket Science's existing UK offices.

Intrepid Investments, LLC (U.S. Virgin Islands), a merchant bank focused on investing in technology and companies that use the Internet as an integral part of their revenue generation strategy, acquired Q Interactive, a digital marketing provider, from Landmark Communications. Options Media Group, Inc., an email service provider, is acquiring 1Touch Marketing, LLC. 1Touch Marketing is a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, including opt-in email, web-based lead generation, the booming emerging channel of SMS cell phone mobile direct marketing and postal campaigns. AdEx Media acquires Bay Harbor Marketing

AdEx Media has acquired the lead generation business of Bay Harbor Marketing LLC, a provider of online lead generation technology solutions and services. AdEx plans to absorb Bay Harbor Marketing's software to round out its own affiliate marketing and lead gen business. This is AdEx's second purchase in less than a month. It bought Digital Instructor, a marketer of "how-to" courses on CD, in mid-August.

RME is a provider of direct marketing services for customers in such sectors as financial, insurance and mortgage services.
