Internolix AG is a German holding company engaged in sale and licensing of online media software, acquisition, development and sale of multimedia systems, as well as acquisition and development of software for Internet, card-based payment systems and other online services. Corum Group advised Internolix on its acquistion of a majority holding of E-Wave, a French Web agency that develops and designs e-commerce sites and complex web sites.
