About the transaction
Launched in 1997, Ostream Software, Inc. develops and markets software solutions that aid businesses in automating and streamlining daily processes through the management of corporate information. Corum Group advised Ostream on the sale of certain assets to Remedy Corporation, the world's leading supplier of eCRM and eBusiness infrastructure solutions.
Remedy will acquire Ostream's Seattle-based development team, as well as the Ostream Migrator product, a companion to Remedy's product line.
