From the August webcast, SOLD - Sellers Panel, there were several recurring themes that came from the four presenters. Here are three related ones:
- Start early in your planning preparation it takes time, and the more prepared you are, the better you will do.
- Scan all your documents. With todays data rooms and more rigorous due diligence, you will want to get all documents in a digital format.
- Allow enough time to get the buyers' attention, do preliminary due diligence to get an offer (LOI), then do final due diligence/contracts.
