Michael Stinson

Michael is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive who brings a unique combination of start-up, fintech and banking experience to the Corum dealmaking team. After starting his career at Pacific Coast Bankers’ Bank, Michael co-founded Spotlight Financial and served as its CEO for 7 years before it was acquired by Informa PLC, a FTSE 100 company. Prior to joining Corum, he built and scaled the strategic partnership and reseller channels at a payroll API start-up, where he sourced, negotiated and closed deals with some of the largest fintechs, banking platforms and payroll providers. Michael received his JD and MBA from Santa Clara University, and a BS in Finance from the University of Utah. Based in his hometown of Salt Lake City, when not in the office Michael spends as much time as possible in the mountains skiing, camping and hiking with his wife and two kids.
