Valeriya Chumachenko

Valeriya Chumachenko has been with Corum for over a decade supporting clients and investors on hundreds of transactions focusing on positioning, valuations, market research, buyer and investor universes, and acquisition synergy analysis. Having an extensive research and analytics background, Valeriya also oversees Corum’s research hubs in Europe and Mexico. In addition to Tech M&A experience, she has had several roles in operations management with of one of the fastest-growing international IT companies based in Ukraine, creating and refining business processes for 500+ staff globally for scaling. Prior to that, Valeriya started her career as an investment manager connecting Ukrainian businesses with foreign investors. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, has several articles published in the Journal of Development Management and earned her Master's degree in International Economics from Kharkiv National Economic University.
