Vancouver B.C. based Yaletown Technology Group is a maker of records and e-mail warehousing technology, in an all-cash transaction. Corum Group advised Yaletown on its sale to FIleNet, the leading provider of Enterprise Content and Business Process Management solutions.
The acquisition will give FileNet new compliance-related technology and expertise and help strengthen FileNet's records management and e-mail management offerings.
