FAST Multimedia AG is a Munich-based developer of Windows NT/2000-based software and hardware products for digital video editing. Corum Group International advised FAST on its sales to Pinnacle Systems.
This acquisition combines two leading providers of multimedia editing solutions with the shared vision of providing a wide-range of solutions for consumer, business and broadcast applications.
