Disticom Systems is a leading supplier of software and consulting services specializing in automation of shipping and receiving processes. Corum Group advised Disticom on its sale to TECSYS, a leading provider of enterprise software for e-commerce-driven organizations.
As a result of the acquisition, TECSYS will now be able to offer its customers cost-efficient transportation software as part of its high performance, end-to-end order fulfillment and distribution management software suite.
