Mark has spearheaded the innovation, development and acquisition of several pioneering software companies. As the CEO of Hapyak in 2015, Mark led a dedicated team in transforming video software into an interactive medium. Their efforts have enhanced the experience and economics of video platforms for businesses and educators alike. Before HapYak, Mark was the CEO and president of The FeedRoom, one of the industry’s first OVPs. He also led corporate development at OpenText after the acquisition of TierTwo Systems, a content management middleware company Mark founded and spun out of Adobe. Additionally, Mark was president of Trade Wings, a global software telco trading company and one of Fortune 5000’s fastest-growing companies for two years in a row. Mark attempted retirement, but with his wife still working and no available shelf space for new books, he finds himself an enthusiastic member of the Corum team.
