Randy Woods joins Corum Group with over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and digital transformation. He co-founded Nonlinear Creations in 1995, growing it from a startup into a multinational digital agency with operations in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Brazil. As President, Randy successfully guided the company through multiple business cycles over 22 years before leading its strategic sale to Valtech in 2017. Randy then remained at Valtech for seven years, where he led the firm’s North American acquisition activities. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Buystream, a digital analytics company, where he secured $20 million in venture capital funding and subsequently managed the successful sale of its intellectual property to Watchfire (later acquired by IBM).
Randy holds a Master’s degree in Canadian Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Carleton University, where he received the Senate Medal for Outstanding Academic Achievement. He has also completed the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT and is certified as an International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert by IMAA.
