Jeffrey Bunting has more than 30 years of experience in founding and leading technology companies, including four startups. He is an expert in all phases of the start-up lifecycle, from conception to M&A. He has demonstrated success in fundraising, new product innovation, growth, turnarounds, the drive to profitability, profitable exits, and M&A Advisory. Jeff has a unique ability to drive technology innovation, creative marketing, business development and strategy. As founder of ActiveStrategy, Inc. Jeff implemented strategy management software systems and provided management consulting to organizations and Senior Executives worldwide and led the company to an acquisition by The Advisory Board Company. Jeff has deep expertise in ASICs, software, AI, big data, healthcare and hospitals, and company culture and staff development. His business experience spans the US, Middle East, Europe and China. Jeff holds a B.S. and M.S in Computer Science from East Stroudsburg University where he specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Business and Computer Science departments at Berkeley City College.
